K4 overlooks the secluded Kastelas beach located at the South-west side of the Cycladic island of Kythnos. The complex is composed of four villas and two suites, each of them gazing towards the crystal clear waters of the beach, and outdoor lounge area with the infinity pool and bar. The Yoga Shala is the gem of the resort-- shaded by bamboo with views of the bright blue sea. Meals consist of locally sourced wild thyme honey, small capers, royal figs, oregano, sage and freshly cut lemons. The location is remote + eco-friendly; it’s necessary students are prepared to conserve energy + water.

Fly to Athens International Airport (code AIA) and then take a boat to Kythnos island. The island can be reached only via boat either from the port of Piraeus (code PIR) or Lavrio (code: LAV). Tickets can be booked online at www.viva.gr

Deposits secure your spot on the trip and are not refundable. Refunds for the balance payments vary depending on timing. For cancellation requests submitted with more than 30 days of retreat date: 100% of total amount (less deposit) will be refunded. For cancellation requests submitted within 30 days of retreat date, 50% of total amount (less deposit) will be refunded. Cancellation requests within 14 days of the retreat: sorry but no refunds given, no exceptions. Nobody books a retreat with the intention of canceling it, but unexpected events do occur, so please consider purchasing travel insurance. Exceptions cannot be made for any reason, including weather, injury/illness, or personal emergencies. No refunds or credits will be granted for failure to attend, complete or for arriving late or leaving early.
