Join us to relax & reconnect at the Aegialis Hotel and Spa, a 5 Star luxury resort on the island of Amorgos, Greece. Our foundation will be yoga, breath work and meditation twice daily. All sessions are beginner friendly, yet still a challenge to the experienced athlete or yogi.
This retreat is 7 nights of yoga, fitness & fun! Where you can enjoy the stunning beaches, delicious organic dishes, and of course, the amazing Greek people & culture. Each day will begin with a guided meditation followed by an inspiring flow yoga. Yin or restorative yoga will be in the evenings.
During the week we have scheduled wine tasting, a cooking demonstration, and a "Greek Night". But all activities are optional! This is your trip!
There will be plenty of time to enjoy the resort spa which offers a saltwater infinity pool, a hamman, face & body treatments, fitness studio, and so much more. And the 30 minute welcome massage is on us! The beach is yet another option.
A few additional add-on suggestions are guided hiking tours, exploring nearby villages, snorkeling, scuba diving or a boat tour.
* New activities will be added as they're confirmed.
