Griz village is one of the remote villages located in 2000 meters  above sea level in Azerbaijan. The village located at the foothills of  the Greater Caucasus Mountains and in the northern part of the  Gudjalchay Canyon. There are 30-40 houses in the village, and they call  themselves "har".
