Welcome to the inaugural Grounded Retreat—an immersive journey into the heart of New Mexico's enchanted forest, where the sacred practice of yoga meets the grounding energy of nature! This women's retreat* is designed to help you foster a deeper connection with your inner self, nature and a supportive community of like-minded women.*
A full retreat itinerary is available at www.alaunaroby.com/grounded-enchanted-forest
*open to female-identifying people ONLY
This retreat is a harmonious blend of luxury and camping, featuring a custom-built, southwest style 4-bedroom home, a tiny house, and space for car camping or tent camping under the starlit sky. The intention is to offer a little bit of everything for everyone, no matter your budget!
Yoga and Meditation classes will be accessible to all levels, so don't sweat it if you are a beginner! Classes will be offered twice a day with a variety of styles including flow, slow hatha, and yin. Yoga and Meditation classes will be lead by Alauna Roby and guest teacher Katie Aurora.
The intention behind the yoga and meditation classes of this retreat will be to honor the new moon on June 6th. In yoga philosophy, new moons symbolize new beginnings, introspection, and renewal. Through mindful movement, meditation, journaling and nature immersion, you will be able to reflect, release built up stress, cultivate inner peace, and align your intentions with your ideal future. This transformative experience encourages profound grounding, connection with nature/community, and a sense of rootedness, facilitating a journey towards balance, clarity, and self-discovery.
The new moon on June 6th also means you will be able to appreciate some of the darkest skies in the continental United States that the magical Gila Wilderness has to offer!
The retreat contract and liability waver must be signed BEFORE you are given the address of the venue.
