1. It is each traveler's responsibility to communicate all information pertaining to this Getaway to/ with their traveling companion
2. Each traveler will receive an invoice showing the room balance and the per person balance.
3. If a roommate cancels or backs out, it is the remaining party's responsibility to find a new
4. roommate or pay the remaining balance on the room.
5. ·Final Payment is due on or before March 13, 2020 (No Exceptions)
6. All payments are nonrefundable without Travel Insurance.

1. A Passport is required for this trip. Your passport must be valid 6 months after the return date for any international travel.
2. Please register in your Full Legal Name as it appears on your Passport.
3. The deposit payment per guest(s) will hold your room at the quoted rate.
4. Room rates are based on the total occupancy (Single/Double).
5. If Double or Triple Occupancy is selected as your package, each guest must pay their deposit payment within 24 hours of the first initial traveler deposit payment has been received. If not, the total package price will be adjusted to a number of travelers who paid their deposit.

Payment must be paid by credit cards or prepaid cards. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

• All guest(s) on the reservation must be up-to-date with their payments.
• If any payments are not paid on time or missed without Indi Star Destinations being notified, your reservation may be automatically canceled.
• If no contact is made within 12 days of a missed payment Indi Star Destinations have not a choice but to assume you have canceled your reservation. Indi Star Destinations will send out a reminder 5 days after a missed payment.
• If cancellation occurs and the occupancy of the room falls below the initial occupancy, payments must be paid to satisfy the adjusted room rate. Any new guest added to the reservation will have to make all scheduled payments up-to-date.

Resort Protocol:The Hotel will require you to present a valid Passport, credit or debit card at check-in.The card is required for any mandatory fee as well as any additional hotel incidental charges such as spa services or phone calls which are not included in the room rate.
