We all have worked so hard throughout the year... Now is our time to unwind and do whatever we want to do. Want to sleep the entire weekend, no worries! Want to do excursions or relax poolside? NO PROBLEM! Whatever you want or need, you are free to do

All deposits and payments are non-refundable, non-transferable and no credits will be issued. As a participant on any Elite Escapes Intl LLC trip, it is your responsibility to make sure you are compliant with all country, airline, cruise and/or vendor requirements. This includes but is not limited to required vaccinations. No refund or credit will be issued if you fail to obtain the required documents or if there’s a sudden change in the country/airline requirements resulting in your cancellation.   All requests for cancellation must be received in writing via email at inquiry@eliteescapes.info 

Please be aware that by attending this trip, you grant Elite Escapes Intl LLC, its sponsors, its successors, assignees and licensees permission to utilize your name, image, likeness, acts, poses, plays, appearance, movements, and statements in any live or recorded audio, video, or photographic display or other transmission, exhibition, publication or reproduction made of, or during the trip (regardless of whether before, during, or after trip) for any purpose, in any manner, in any medium or context now known or hereafter developed, without further authorization from, or compensation to, you or anyone acting on your behalf 

-You must arrive in Miami by the morning of December 6th, 2025. However, it is strongly encouraged that you arrive the day before if you are traveling by airplane. Please contact us if you need assistance with booking a hotel accommodation the night before departure

-Deposits of $250 per stateroom is required

-Travel Insurance is highly recommended as all deposits & payments are non-refundable.

-All packages are eligible for travel insurance which can reimburse you should you have to cancel (see the terms of your travel insurance carrier).

-Final payment is due no later than September 15, 2024. 

-This form also serves as a Credit Card Authorization to be placed on file for your room. 

-All travel documents will be sent 14-21 days prior to departure.

-Flights, if required, are separate and NOT INCLUDED. 

-Room deposit must be PAID to secure your reservation and prices are subject to change until deposit is applied.

We will be leaving Port of Miami at 4pm sharp! Get settled into your room and meet us at the pool for the Sailaway Party at 4pm

Be sure to grab breakfast before we meet at Coco Cay! Time to relax and unwind at the pool bar!

Today we will arrive in Nassau! There are any excursion options available for an additional cost or you can enjoy the ship at your leisure
