Arrive in Guapi by air and enjoy a brief tour of the vibrant town center. After a delicious lunch, dive into an introductory traditional dance session to practice your steps for the musical journey ahead.

Day 2

Fishing like a local

Journey to the coastal village of Quiroga, where you’ll experience the unique traditional fishing, and the Pianguada and Almejada traditions (gathering mollusks). After lunch, immerse yourself in your first music session, deepening your connection to the region.

Day 3

Day 3: Nature’s Wonders and Sunset Music

Set sail for the iconic La Gorgona National Park, where we’ll spend the night. Enjoy bird and whale watching, relax on the beach, and end the day with a soulful musical session at sunset.

Day 4

Culinary Traditions and Cultural Discovery

Return to the village of Quiroga, where you’ll cook your own lunch under the guidance of expert local chefs. Later, explore the Torres dynasty and visit the world’s oldest chonta Marimba.

Day 5

Instrument Building and Farewell Celebration

Engage in a hands-on experience of building traditional instruments, followed by your final musical session. After some rest, join the vibrant closing party at the house of the musicians of Semblanzas del Río Guapi.

Farewell and Departure

Enjoy a late breakfast to recharge before heading to the airport. After an enriching journey, we’ll return to our places of origin, carrying unforgettable memories of the Pacific’s culture and beauty.
