The trip went very smoothly, and I had an excellent time. Everything was well organized, and went on schedule. The drivers/guides were friendly and knowledgeable and provided a lot of history and background that added much to the enjoyment of the trip. All the activities were fun and interesting. One could, of course, do and see more by taking one of the longer tours, but this was very good for someone like me, who had a limited amount of time. We did a lot of things and got a good intro/overview into the three countries.

The trip started at 5 am in the morning. The road in Suriname to the border alternates between smooth and bumpy. The ferry to Guyana was delayed a bit, and our driver helped us a lot to get through Guyanese immigration.
The ferry ride was 45 minutes. It was delayed a bit. The road trip in Guyana to Georgetown was decent. The driver dropped us to our hotel after one rest stop in between.

The trip was good! There were some problems with the itinerary details which required updating. It involved a lot of traveling for short stays at some very enjoyable resorts, which should be lengthened. The Jewish Settlement and Roti attractions should be discarded. But overall a very good trip, good people and wonderful scenery!
