I feel like lately I’ve been realizing that I’m living life on autopilot, not really giving myself a break from needing to be productive or even doing something to keep me entertained. I really like going to these retreats because they give me a chance to just be present and relax my mind and body. Brynt and Brittani put together such a lovely, and much needed, retreat. The venue they picked was spacious, comfortable, and calm. The meals were great and they even accommodated for people’s dietary restrictions. Throughout the stay, we had several group yoga sessions and one on one sessions, with plenty of downtime to journal or just relax. I really enjoyed connecting with the group and it was a great experience overall!
This trip was truly a healing experience. The environment was serene and grounding, and every detail of the space was designed with such intention and care—it was absolutely beautiful. I left feeling recharged and clear, exactly what I needed.
The food was incredible—fresh, nourishing, and prepared with love. It felt like every meal was part of the healing journey.
Brittani and Brynt, who organized the retreat, were so thoughtful and caring throughout the entire experience. You could really feel the heart and energy they poured into every aspect. I’m incredibly grateful for everything they created. I walked away with so much, and I’ll carry the peace and insight I found there for a long time.
The accommodations and food made this experience complete. The walks through the woods and the daily movement and outings were incredible. What a beautiful group of people!
What a beautiful retreat! Brynt and Brittani are incredibly talented and skilled facilitators, as well as awesome people to be around. No surprise they attracted a group of lovely individuals to share this experience as well.
Our days were filled with guided group practices, nourishing shared meals prepared by an incredible chef, and unique daily excursions to take advantage of the gorgeous setting. Nature walks in the Red Woods, trips to the ocean, and exploring the town of Mendocino together were all thoughtfully planned.
The vibe was always welcoming and inclusive. Each activity was voluntary, allowing for space to rest as needed.
The yoga practices were potent, accessible, and lovingly attuned to meet the group’s energy and needs. The sound baths were gorgeous — Brittani’s voice is a true gift.
Spirit Camp accommodations were nothing short of magical. It was a gorgeous balance of comfort in the cabins and the simple peace of being immersed in nature.
This was a thawing and energizing experience for me, from which I’m still feeling the ripples months later. I am so grateful Singing Heart Retreats exists, and hope many more get to have beautiful experiences with them!
