We will lead you through a beautiful hike, while providing you a seminar on nutrition, the benefits of hiking in your fitness regime, how to optimize health, and how to maximize fat burning using hiking as a tool.
We will stop along the way for a talk, and a photography opportunity.

8:45 am - Group meets for introduction, orientation, and discussion. { We will provide you the meeting location }
9:00 am - We depart the meeting area and start our guided outdoor seminar / hike.
11:00 am - Water and photography break in scenic resting spot
11:30 am - Your guide, Ana Claivaz provides a walking seminar on the benefits of regular hiking in your fitness routine, the ideal foods to support your hike, and the fat burning methods you should implement as you hike.
