This retreat will have a combination of group exercise classes such as beach bootcamp, ViPR, and  group outdoor activities including sea kayaking, rock climbing, hiking. All this with a guided immersion into the Wild Atlantic Way's rich history and culture.

No WAVE retreat is the same. Each have different levels of exercise intensity, difficulty of movement, duration of activity, nutrition focus, as well as having an immersion in the Wild Atlantic Way’s culture and history. While each is described in the Retreats and Programs section at waveireland.com, you should request a call back from us if you are not fully clear prior to reserving a place.

A deposit of $750 is required to hold your space. Your deposit and the personal information that you fill in shall constitute your acknowledgment and agreement to the terms and conditions of the WAVE. The remaining balance is due on file 40 days prior to arrival.

If you cancel prior to 40 days before the start of the retreat you can transfer this to another retreat within the same year (either a 4-day or 7-day) subject to availability. Alternatively if you cancel before the 40 days prior to the retreat and there is no availability for other retreats, your deposit is refundable, less a 15% administration fee. If you have paid in full this will be refundable less 15% administration fee.

Full charges or deposits are not refundable if you cancel within 40 days of your scheduled arrival date. However if you can find an alternate to take your reservation they agree to all terms, conditions, and payment terms if they accept your reservation. You will be charged in full for your reservation if you do not show at all, are late in your arrival or early in your departure.

After making a reservation you must complete a Health & Fitness Profile prior to your stay so that we may understand your medical history. We use this medical information to assess your ability and to see if we need to adjust anything for you. We do not share this information with any third party.

Deposit and cancellation terms are strictly applied and enforced.

Before embarking on one of our retreats it is recommended that you consult your physician. We do not claim our programs or products will positively impact any health condition or symptom. Since no physician-patient relationship exists between you and The WAVE, please do not share personal medical information that you wish to keep confidential.

Keep in mind that our programs do not take into consideration particular ailments that may be specific to each guest, and you acknowledge that you are aware of the impact that The WAVE programs or products may have on your health and have discussed that impact with your physician and/or dietician, as necessary. Also keep in mind that any assessment or recommendation made by a staff member at The WAVE is made based on the information you provide.

As a participant in a program organized and conducted by WAVE, my heirs, legal representatives, representatives or any other third party who has standing to make claims on my behalf hereby release any and all present or future claims that I may have against WAVE, its owners, officers or employees from any and all liability that they may presently have or in the future may have arising out of their ownership or employment by WAVE and my participation in a WAVE program.

This Release shall include but not be limited to any and all liability that WAVE may incur as a result of traveling to and from a WAVE program as well as any claims for cancellations, negligence, travel, injury, disease, illness, death , or dismemberment that may arise as a result of traveling to or participating in any WAVE program.

WAVE does not make any warranties or representations concerning travel or other arrangements made by WAVE on my behalf.

I further understand and I am fully aware of the risks involved with participating in movement activities offered by WAVE and I assume that risk. I have been informed by WAVE that I may wish to consult a physician prior to my participation in this program, and WAVE or any of its owners, employees or agents are not responsible for any physical injury/illness (including death) or damage, known or unknown, I may suffer as a result of my participation in this program.

In completing the registration process and submitting payment, I hereby confirm I have read, understand and agree to the above conditions.
