      About this trip

      Walk with us…

A Cultural & Spiritual Retreat: A gentle yet deep dive into understanding ourselves and each other via these 2 incredibly healing practices…

This past year’s Hacienda experience was beyond our wildest expectations, so returning is a must! Many of you were unable to attend, so here is your chance!

Are you ready to go deeper? This retreat will be the first of its kind, bridging two very important, healing practices: The ancient practice of Yoga and the deeply effective yet sometimes illusive work of Family Constellation systemic practice, as founded by psychoanalyst Bert Hellinger.

Join Annabelle & Satya Retreats, with special guest Sabina Tamm, for an intimate and luxurious 5 night retreat in the heart of the Yucatan, just outside the capital city of Merida. Our retreat home will be a 17th century Hacienda, which combines history, culture, nature and elegance.

There will be time and space to immerse ourselves in the numerous jewels that this part of Mexico offers: Mayan Culture, Tradition and Ritual, Cenotes, Mayan Ruins, a trip to the gorgeous city of Merida…and more!

Allow us to pamper you with 5 star accommodations! Daily yoga, meditation, pranayama & chanting with Annabelle, and daily family constellation sessions with Sabina Tamm. The yoga practices will serve to integrate the constellation work, to move & cleanse energy, paving the way for strength, clarity and healing.

Luxuriate in spa treatments, and of course, our care and love! Enjoy the exquisite gardens and swimming pool, along with exceptional vegetarian/vegan meals, and even a Yucatecan (veggie) cooking class!

We are so excited and inspired to share this time & experience with you!

This was the most intentional travel experience. So grateful for the opportunity. From the birthplace of yoga to sacred pilgrimage sites of death and mourning in the HIndu tradition. From Ashram's to Palace's, celebrations of life and water to releasing rituals, yoga and shopping, exploring and reflecting, historical sites and volunteer opportunities, artists and aromatherapists, sacred blessings and delicious nourishing food. This was a remarkable trip. Our local guide was phenomenal. Thank you

Traveling with Seane on her favorite Indian experiences was life changing. She warned us: you’re going to love India and hate India all at the same time. She was right! Now that I’m home, the in your face onslaught of poverty, stench and chaos is fading and what remains are the heart opening wonders, loving smiles and deep spiritual connection to this amazing place.

From start to finish this was the most amazing, intentional, rigorous, blessed, life altering trip. I think what I loved the most was the spontaneity of the entire trip. We had a very definite plan, but if something presented itself, that might be more fun or interesting , we definitely took it. Mukesh, Jess, and Seane were just brilliant in allowing the trip to unfold in a very authentic way. I also did the extension for the international yoga festival and highly recommend. It gave me the opportunity to be more on my own in Rishikesh, which was really exciting. I could not recommend this tour enough. It was planned perfectly, but not over planned. We got to see a side of India that was honest, raw, and beautiful. I can’t wait to go back.

This was the trip of a lifetime. We experienced such rich and varied parts of India. The logistics, accommodations, and food were all really good. Being able to work with Seane is an honor. And the support team made things easy. I’ll never forget this trip.
