The sugarcane museum located inside the Piedechinche ranch house puts us in direct contact with nature by taking a tour of its gardens, visiting ranches that evoke different regions of the country. Learn about the ancestral custom of cane production, with the domestic objects associated with milling and the different aspects of its artisanal and agro-industrial exploitation. Be amazed by the first mills that gave rise to the sugar industry in Valle del Cauca.

La hacienda El Paraíso y la Hacienda Piedechinche albergan años de cultura y conocimiento. Estos dos íconos turísticos ricos en arquitectura, arte, flora y fauna conservan viva la memoria de cómo era la vida en la época de la colonia.

El museo de la caña ubicado dentro de la casa Hacienda Piedechinche nos pone en contacto directo con la naturaleza haciendo un recorrido por sus jardines, visitando ranchos que evocan distintas regiones del país. Conoce sobre la costumbre ancestral de la producción de caña, con los objetos domésticos asociados a la molienda y a los diferentes aspectos de la explotación artesanal y agroindustrial de esta. Asómbrate con los primeros trapiches que dieron origen a la industria azucarera en el Valle del Cauca.
