About this trip

On this half-day New Year's retreat (on the New Moon!) for women-identified folks, we'll deepen into the silence and connect with our wise and knowing selves through meditation and creative practices..

Activities include sitting and moving meditation, chant and song, and a mandala-creation intention-setting ritual. For portions of the day, we will be practicing in silence, and there will also be opportunities for sharing and discussion. We'll conclude by sharing a delicious vegan meal in community.

The retreat runs from 9am-2pm, and is offered on a sliding scale, $40-$120. It will take place in my home in the Outer Sunset, SF. You'll receive the address in the welcome email after registering.

I'll provide a simple vegan lunch. If you are so moved, please feel free to bring a vegan side dish to share (vegan = plant-based; i.e., no meat, eggs, dairy). Thank you for your kindness!

Take care and see you soon!
