About this trip

Join me for a half-day retreat for women-identified folks -- a healing pause from the hustle and bustle of our busy and complicated lives. We'll practice sitting and walking meditation, engage in a mandala-creation practice, chant and sing together, and enjoy a vegan meal in community. For portions of the day, we will be practicing in silence, and there will also be opportunities for sharing and discussion.

The retreat runs from 9am-2pm, and is offered on a sliding scale, $40-$120. It will take place in my home in the Outer Sunset, SF. You'll receive the address in the welcome email after registering.

I'll provide a simple vegan lunch. If you are so moved, please feel free to bring a vegan side dish to share. (Vegan == plant-based; i.e., no meat, eggs, dairy.) Thank you for your kindness!

Take care and see you soon!
