Important Information
Halloween at Sea 2027 is a hosted King's Leisure & Travel Group Experience.
To ensure a seamless and consistent experience for all participants, all travelers must book their cruise reservation directly through King's Leisure & Travel to be considered part of the official group.
Only guests booked through King's Leisure & Travel are eligible to participate in group activities, hosted events, meetups, group dining, the King's Leisure & Travel Group Experience Package, group photo, custom group T-shirt, swag items, and any exclusive group amenities or special offers.
Guests who reserve their cruise through another travel agency, directly with the cruise line, or through any other booking source will not be included in the official group and will not have access to King's Leisure & Travel hosted activities or group benefits.

Airport Information
Recommended Airport: Orlando International Airport (MCO). Port Canaveral is approximately one hour from Orlando International Airport.
Ground transportation is not included.
Terms & Conditions
Passport Requirements
A passport is highly recommended but is not required for this closed-loop cruise.
Guests without a passport must travel with:
• An original or certified birth certificate
• A valid government-issued photo ID
Guests traveling with a valid passport only need their passport.
Deposit & Booking Policy
A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your cabin. All roommates must submit their deposits before the cabin can be confirmed.
Rates and promotions are subject to change until all required deposits have been received.
Travel Insurance
Travel insurance is not included but is strongly recommended. All payments made to King's Leisure & Travel are non-refundable and non-transferable. If you must cancel your vacation, any reimbursement must be requested directly through your travel insurance provider.
King's Leisure & Travel recommends travel insurance through our preferred partner, Allianz. During checkout, WeTravel may display an optional insurance offer through its own provider. This optional coverage is separate from King's Leisure & Travel. If you decline it, we'll email you information on purchasing Allianz travel insurance after your booking is confirmed.
Monthly Payment Policy
For your convenience, all guests are automatically enrolled in monthly automatic payments at the time of booking. Your monthly payment amount is calculated to ensure your reservation is paid in full by the final payment deadline. If you wish to unenroll from automatic payments, you must submit your request in writing by emailing at info@kingsleisureandtravel.com. Guests who unenroll are responsible for submitting their monthly payments on time.
Monthly payments are required. Reservations that become 30 days past due are subject to cancellation.
Final Payment
Final payment for Halloween at Sea 2027 is due no later than 11:59 PM ET on June 30, 2027.
Reservations not paid in full by the final payment deadline will be cancelled. If space remains available, the King's Leisure & Travel Reinstatement Policy will apply to any request to reinstate a cancelled reservation.
Travel Documents
Final travel documents will be emailed approximately 21–30 days prior to departure.

Automatic payment reminders will be sent before each scheduled payment.

Day 2 - October 30th
Fun Day at Sea
Today is all about relaxing, exploring, and enjoying everything Adventure of the Seas has to offer.
Start your morning at our 🎃Pumpkins & Pajamas Breakfast, a fun King's Leisure & Travel group event! Put on your favorite Halloween pajamas and join us for a festive breakfast filled with great food, laughs, and Halloween spirit. It's the perfect opportunity to meet fellow travelers, capture memorable photos, and kick off an unforgettable day at sea.
After breakfast, the day is yours to enjoy. Lounge by the pool, catch an ice skating show, challenge yourself on the rock climbing wall, enjoy delicious dining, shop onboard, or take part in the ship's Halloween festivities.
Whether you're seeking adventure or relaxation, today is all about making memories and enjoying every moment of your Halloween at Sea experience.
Day 3 - October 31th 🎃
Cozumel, Mexico & Halloween at Sea| 8am-6pm
Happy Halloween! Today is the highlight of our adventure as we celebrate one of the most exciting days of the year in the beautiful island of Cozumel, Mexico.
Spend your day however you choose, relax on the beach, snorkel in crystal-clear waters, explore ancient Mayan history, enjoy authentic Mexican cuisine, or shop for souvenirs before returning to the ship for an unforgettable Halloween celebration.
As the sun sets, it's time to bring out your favorite costume and join in the Halloween fun aboard Adventure of the Seas. Enjoy the ship's festive atmosphere, themed entertainment, and a night filled with music, laughter, and memories you'll never forget.
Day 4 - November 1st
Puerto Costa Maya, Mexico | 8am-4pm
Wake up to another beautiful day in the Western Caribbean as we arrive in Costa Maya, Mexico.
Spend the day your way! Relax at a beach club, explore ancient Mayan history, snorkel in crystal-clear waters, shop for handcrafted souvenirs, or enjoy authentic Mexican cuisine at one of the local restaurants.
Whether you're seeking adventure or simply soaking up the Caribbean sunshine, Costa Maya offers something for everyone. Be sure to return to the ship with plenty of time before departure, then enjoy another evening aboard Adventure of the Seas with delicious dining, entertainment, and time to unwind after an incredible Halloween celebration.
Day 5 - November 2nd
Final Fun Day at Sea
It's your final full day aboard Adventure of the Seas, so make every moment count!
Spend the day relaxing by the pool, catching an ice skating show, climbing the rock wall, shopping for last-minute souvenirs, enjoying delicious dining, or simply taking in the ocean views.
Reconnect with family and friends, reflect on the amazing memories you've made throughout the trip, and enjoy one last Caribbean sunset before returning home.
Day 6 - November 3rd
Return to Port Canaveral | 7am
This morning, we'll arrive back at Port Canaveral, Florida, marking the end of an unforgettable Halloween at Sea adventure.
After breakfast, you'll begin the disembarkation process and head home with incredible memories, new friendships, and stories to last a lifetime.
