TRAVEL PROTECTION

Educational Tours, Inc. strongly recommends that travelers purchase a travel protection plan, a safeguard for your investment in your trip. We offer this travel protection through Travel Insured International. Since your past and future payments become Non-Refundable and Non-Transferable after 01/15/22, we recommend you purchase the Student Deluxe Plan with the upgrade to include (CFAR).  We recommend that you do your research and select what you feel is best for your situation. Full details can be found in the Full Plan Document below. Please note that you cannot upgrade to CFAR protection after your original purchase.  Some exclusions are not covered unless you purchase travel protection within 14 days of your initial trip payment/deposit.

The cost for travel protection is based on your individual trip cost, and that will not be determined until we know the final number of trip participants. (See the Student Deluxe Brochure below for the cost and summary of the plan.) This protection must be purchased (not the due date). If the cost of your trip is revised, please note that your Travel Protection cost may also change.  

Declining travel protection coverage may result in the loss of your travel payments if you do not travel. You also acknowledge that without this coverage, there may be no way to recoup any losses. ETI will not be liable for any of your losses that could be recovered from this plan.

INDIVIDUAL CANCELLATION POLICY

All past and future payments become Therefore, ETI strongly recommends the purchase of a travel protection plan (see above).  If your group leader changes the travel dates, all cancellation policies remain in effect.

PAYMENT RESPONSIBILITIES

We expect all participants to remain current on their payments.  The Room List is due to our office on 08/19/22.  Those not current with their trip payments by the Room List Due Date may not be allowed to be listed on the room list. Because we need to prepay for most aspects of your trip prior to the group's departure date, participants not paid in full by the final payment due date are subject to cancellation from the trip.  A $25 late fee will be assessed to each participant that is not paid in full 30 days prior to departure.
