Play within the infinite possibilities of movement  your body can achieve.  This immersion will widen your perspective on the way your body moves. Learn progressions and techniques that lead you to an aligned, balanced, and smooth handstand practice. 

Afternoon sessions will help us cultivate our skills by exploring strength, coordination, improvisation and smooth movement games to free your body and mind from robotic and constrained patterns.

We will include fascia release sessions,  Thai Massage, and active flexibility to keep our bodies well balanced.
