-The per person rates offered are contingent upon a minimum of 49 paid participants. Should Harlan - Holmes - O'Connor HS Orchestras not reach 49 paid, the per person cost may increase. Should this be the case, NTE together with Harlan - Holmes - O'Connor HS Orchestra Directors will discuss the best course of action.
