About this trip

AT SUNSET, SOME TIME BETWEEN the next sips of your tropical drink while watching the young men swing their torches to light the tiki lamps, you think, "this is still the USA, but it's close to paradise!" The warm tropical breezes will waft away memories of an Illinois winter. A nice feature of this 3-island itinerary is that one sees three very different sides of Hawaii.

Note: The travel dates have changed from the March 13th departure in our original flier.

Itinerary

Day 1, 3/17/23 Friday
Champaign-Chicago O'Hare-Flight-Honolulu

Ride the motorcoach to Chicago, where you board a flight to Honolulu, Oahu. Arrive in Honolulu and meet your Tour Director for a warm Aloha Welcome. Transfer to your hotel and check in for your 3-night stay on Oahu, the most populated of the Hawaiian Islands. At first glance, Honolulu, the state’s capital, appears like any other large American city. Still, the palm trees, scarlet hibiscus, and the variegated colors of the citizenry’s clothing make it clear that you are not anywhere but Hawaii. This evening join your fellow travelers for a Welcome Dinner. (D) Overnight: Honolulu

We had a great time on this trip, from the experience to the quality of the accommodations and the overall experience was beyond our expectations! Mary Beth did a great job with planning each day as to not overwhelm us in experiences but also show use quality & historical sites. The bus was very comfortable and our driver was five stars. I would definitely do another trip with Stevie J Travel and would recommend everyone go to see the P. Allen Smith Gardens!
