Hawaii Full Moon Yoga Retreat

An island retreat for all on Kauai's lush and iconic North Shore~

October 17th - 23rd, 2021

Kauai, Hawaii

Retreat to Hawaii this fall and immerse in luxurious and tropical week of wellness, yoga, nature, and adventure.

Together we'll soak up and enjoy 7 days, 6 nights at a luxurious private estate and property on Kauai's North Shore in the charming and intimate town of Kilauea.

We'll enjoy and make the most of the beauty around us as we balance our days with twice daily yoga, guided meditations, pranayama workshops, art workshops, hiking and plenty of nature, free time, paddle boarding, and beach days and time to slow down, relax, and live well.

We adventure to the west side to explore Kauai's own Grand Canyon of the Pacific, Waimea Canyon and Koke'e State Park and will hike there if weather permits. We'll get out to see the best beaches on the island and enjoy a fire ceremony under the stars.

Kauai, Hawaii - More about the Garden Isle
Welcome to Kauai~

Kauai is Hawaii's fourth largest island and is sometimes called the "Garden Island," which is an entirely accurate description. The oldest and northernmost island in the Hawaiian chain is draped in emerald valleys, sharp mountain spires and jagged cliffs aged by time and the elements. Centuries of growth have formed tropical rainforests, forking rivers and cascading waterfalls!

Some parts of Kauai are only accessible by sea or air, revealing views beyond your imagination. More than just dramatic beauty, the island is home to a variety of outdoor activities. You can kayak the Wailua River, snorkel on Poipu Beach, hike the trails of Kokee State Park, or go ziplining above Kauai's lush valleys. But, it is the island's laid-back atmosphere and rich culture found in its small towns that make it truly timeless. Explore the regions of Kauai and make your escape to discover the undeniable allure of the island.

Retreat attendees will need to follow all travel regulations and guidelines to travel to Kauai, Hawaii. A Covid 19 test result will need to be taken within 72 hours of arriving in Hawaii and a negative test result uploaded into travel system as well as take and provide a negative Covid 19 test upon arrival as well. Covid 19 Vaccination records could change this but it is up to the State of Hawaii and each county has their own rules and Covid policies around travel.

We will be wearing masks when we are out in public as mandated on Kauai as well as observing a 6+ feet physical distance from others when out. Mahalo and thank you for helping us to keep our elders, community, and little island healthy and safe.

Mary Susan Stults is a 500+ E-RYT Yoga, meditation, SUP Yoga, and SUP teacher, practitioner, and business owner who moved to island of Kauai from the mountains of Boulder, Colorado. She came to the path and practice of yoga as a child and young teen practicing for over 27+ years, with over 10 years experience of teaching. Mary Susan teaches a knowledgeable, dynamic, refreshing, and compassionate alignment-based yoga practice that intelligently weaves together the traditions of Iyengar Yoga, Ashtanga Yoga, and Vinyasa. Many describe her energy as contagious, finding her nurturing, wise, soulful, & patient style of teaching to be welcoming, transformative,  & supportive to all.

Up until her teacher and mentor's passing in 2019, when not teaching herself, you could often find Mary Susan attending or assisting a teacher training or Yoga intensive with her forever teacher & mentor, Maty Ezraty.  Mary's teachings and practices are reflective of her primary teachers and influences, Maty Ezraty, Sri K Pattahbi Jois, Richard Freeman, and BKS Iyengar..  Mary Susan teaches yoga, meditation, and sup yoga retreats, workshops, intensives, events, and trainings internationally, in the US, and at home in Hawaii. She offers mentoring for yoga teachers and students, yoga education and offerings, as well as guided adventure trips.

She infuses her Yoga, SUP, and SUP Yoga classes, workshops, and retreats with her grounded yet light-hearted nature. For Mary, being a student of the practice of yoga is as important as being a teacher - we are students first, and teachers second. Mary Susan wholeheartedly believes that Yoga, Meditation, and Stand Up Paddleboarding, and SUP Yoga are for everybody, and is passionate about sharing these gifts, as well as her love of nature, adventure, travel, living well, environmentalism, ocean conservation, and the outdoors with all ages and all folks. #liveyourpractice
