I did not attend this retreat. At the last minute it got changed to a virtual event but I didn't have the capability to attend it. If you do plan to sign up, look at the refund policy carefully. If the event is changed or an act of God occurs, you will not receive a refund.
This was my first yoga retreat. We were on Red Oak Creek and the view was breathtaking. The setting was serene, perfect for yoga and meditation. We shared friendship, love, great food, yoga, and beautiful music provided by Bhakti House Band. I learned so much and felt connected with everyone at the retreat. I left feeling rested, refreshed, and so much healthier. Thank you Lisa Ware & all of your helpers for such a soulful experience!
Absolutely Amazing - Lisa is such a great teacher, very nurturing, so much fun and she really brought out the goddess in each of us. The accommodations were serene, the vegetarian food was delicious and prepared with love, and the daily practice of meditation, yoga and fun excursions allowed for healing on all levels. The women I met, who were drawn to this retreat as I was, were a diverse loving group and I left feeling I had made new life long friends - Soul SiStars of the Goddess Tribe! I would do this again in a heartbeat and highly recommend it!
I had a fabulous time at this retreat. The location is amazing, the host/instructor is awesome, the other attendees were very nice. I highly recommend attending the next Inner Goddess retreat!
AB
This is my second retreat and I will be back for more. This was my graduating weekend with Yoga 4 Love Teacher Training Course. We learned all about self care, did lots of yoga :) Headstand workshop, Played in the river and waterfall and much more, I remember with our first retreat I learned about Mala beads, Mantras and Mudras at great depth too. With the first retreat we took a field trip to he Cosmic Yogi Fest and this time we went to the Scarborough Ren Festival. It was great to meet all sorts of different people, connect and make life long friends for sure! I can not wait to see what next November has in store!
