As long as you have an acceptable form of government ID, you will not require a passport to travel to Hawaii. Non-U.S. citizens do require a passport, and all the same documentation and visas needed to enter the United States of America at any other port.  

COVID requirements:  No test is needed to enter for US citizens.

While you can cancel your package at any time, all payments made are non-refundable. The best option to protect your trip and receive a refund is to purchase travel insurance.  Insurance coverage varies by companies, but overall travel insurance protects your non-refundable trip due to unforeseen circumstances such as your flight getting cancelled/delayed, missed connection or your baggage getting lost. The second reason to purchase insurance is the medical coverage. Most US insurance companies do not cover any medical issues, treatment or hospitalization that happens overseas.  

It is best to purchase insurance within 7 days of booking your nonrefundable trip. A great site to use is Squaremouth.com which compares policies from several top-rated companies. There are policies as low as $20 and make sure to include the cost of your flight in your estimated coverage as well. Cancel for Any Reason Insurance will be higher.  

You do not need to have a roommate to book this trip. Many travelers come solo as we bring the Crew! Single travelers or those who do not have a roommate right now but are ready to book the Early Bird Special can do the following:

1. Upgrade to a single room and pay the small additional fee. 

2. Join our Roommate Match Program and book double occupancy. We will match you with another person that is also traveling solo.

For both options: If you find a roommate later then you can make the necessary changes.
