About this trip

Journey with us to Morocco for a transformative healing experience—restoring your mind, body, and soul from Crown to Sole. The past year and a half has challenged us all, mentally, physically, and spiritually. Now is the time to reset, reconnect, and reclaim wellness through the ingenious healing modalities from the 'Old World.'

Immerse yourself in ancient healing traditions as we explore the power of oils, balms, and herbs that have been used for centuries to nurture and restore. From guided rituals to hands-on experiences, this retreat offers a deeply restorative journey—not just for you, but for your entire family.

Come ready to heal, reflect, and create lasting memories in the breathtaking landscapes of Marrakesh.

ABOUT THIS RETREAT LEADER

Lisa Redcross-Raysor is a Certified Aromatherapist in Clinical Health, bringing a unique blend of experience, passion, and natural resourcefulness to the world of holistic wellness. Originally a native of Queens, New York, Lisa is a lover of travel, education and organic living. Lisa's journey took a transformative turn following a diagnosis of an autoimmune disease. After a successful 28-year career in Fashion and Education, she retired and relocated to Delaware, dedicating herself to the study and practice of aromatherapy. This personal experience ignited a deep interest in natural healing, culminating in her certification as a Clinical Aromatherapist in Clinical Health.

Lisa's commitment to natural wellness extends beyond aromatherapy. She and her husband maintain a thriving vegetable and herb garden, from which she sources many ingredients for her natural skincare company, Crown to sole Skincare.

Launched during the COVID-19 pandemic, when harsh hand sanitizers and alcohol irritated her skin, Crowntosoleskincare reflects years of research and testing, resulting in an all-natural skincare line free from alcohol, preservatives, triglycerides, and parabens.

As a devout Christian, Lisa believes in using her God-given gifts to help others. This philosophy drives her work, which has garnered a client base spanning the United States, from Alaska to California, and reaching into the Caribbean.

Recent travels to Morocco have further enriched her offerings, with sourced natural oils, herbs, and butters inspiring new lines rooted in Moroccan culture.

Lisa's mission is to continue educating people about the protective, healing, and beautifying power of natural oils, herbs, and butters. Her butters and salves have provided relief and support for clients managing conditions such as diabetes, eczema, psoriasis, and scleroderma.

No-Refund Policy

Mwasi No-Refunds Policy
At Mwasi, all payments made toward retreats, accommodations, programs, and experiences are non-refundable. By submitting payment, guests acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.

Why We Maintain a No-Refunds Policy
1. Limited Capacity & Niche Programming
Mwasi offers highly curated, purpose-driven experiences within a niche market. Our retreats are intentionally small to preserve the integrity, safety, and intimacy of the experience. Because of this, rooms and retreat spots are not easily rebooked once reserved.

2. Reservation of Space
When you register and make a payment, a specific room and retreat space is held exclusively for you. That reservation removes the opportunity for another guest to participate. Even if a cancellation occurs, the space may remain unused.

3. Advance Planning & Fixed Costs
Retreats and programs require significant advance preparation, including:
• Staffing and facilitators
• Housing and meals
• Programming, materials, and excursions
• Vendor and community partner commitments.
Many of these costs are incurred well before the retreat begins and cannot be recovered if a participant cancels.

4. Payment Plans for Your Convenience
To make participation accessible, Mwasi offers payment plans. These plans are a convenience—not a reservation hold without commitment. All payments made under a payment plan are still non-refundable.

5. Commitment to Fairness
A no-refund policy allows us to operate sustainably and fairly—ensuring that costs are not shifted onto other participants or the Mwasi community when cancellations occur.

6. Personal Circumstances
We understand that life can be unpredictable. However, Mwasi cannot absorb the financial impact of personal emergencies, scheduling conflicts, travel issues, visa delays, or changes in personal circumstances. We require guests to purchase travel insurance that includes trip cancellation and interruption coverage.

Agreement & Acknowledgment
By submitting payment, you confirm that you:
Have read and understand Mwasi’s No-Refunds Policy
Accept full financial responsibility for your reservation
Agree that all payments are final and non-refundable
