Papeeko is a sweet section of Hawaii, sandwiched between the rainforests, rolling hills and raging pacific. In only a short distance you can reach 9 of the world's 13 microclimates, all on this one amazing island.

The experience is fully immersive and fully inclusive. Designed by hosts Kelli Heald and Rocky Russo to share some of Hawaii's most spectacular hikes, waterfalls, yoga, massages, food and sustainability with you.

All meals will be prepared with locally sourced, organic ingredients. And all itineraries are flexible to work with the participant's needs and the weather's agenda.

Rocky is a life coach and yoga teacher who has dedicated himself to the elevated teachings of love and light. He does this by sharing and personalizing many of his learned self-care practices and degrees. Rocky's life mission is "to be an infinite flow of light" and aims to provide structure for dreamers to believe and achieve their highest potential. Kelli found herself on a deep healing journey that lead her to a CRAVE Retreat and then later, a partnership. As a meditation teacher and grief coach, Kelli shines as a co-creator.

I have done two retreats with CRAVE, Costa Rica and Hilo, Hawaii. They have both been a transformative experience and a such an amazing opportunity to experience new adventures and lifelong connections. A place to have fun, laugh and adventure. Rocky and Kelli are the most genuine and loving team. Rocky is a fun and playful yogi and Kelli is a meditation guru.

I cannot say enough amazing things about Heald with Aloha! Kelli and Rocky led us in meditation, yoga, island adventures and once in a lifetime experiences. We were beyond spoiled by Vicki’s delicious, healthy meals. And the house and setting on the Big Island were magical. This retreat was transformative and I learned so much about myself and how to live my best life moving forward. I cherish the time I spent and continue to spend with our Heald with Aloha family.

Kelli and Rocky are amazing ! Our retreat was the perfect combination of mindfulness, island adventure, yoga and great discussions on having a healthy mind and body. Beautiful setting, delicious and healthy food and lots of laughs with a great group of people.

This was the best retreat/adventure experience! Everything was so nourishing, from the food (chef Kendra is out of this world!)to the people, the settling, and the house was unbelievable. I didn't want to leave. I loved how we were able to push ourselves out of our comfort zone while totally supported by Rocky, Sarah and the other facilitators.I It meant so much to have them have our back. When I was exhausted and needed to have some rest, that too was totally supported. I haven't stopped raving about the experience and counting the days until the next one!

My Crave adventure was an unforgettable experience. I went home feeling uplifted, rejuvenated, and infused with the special kind of love that only being in community offers. Rocky and Sarah are incredible people and make each soul nourishing experience feel like you're supported by one of your best friends. Epic food, natural environments, and adventures. I'm hooked for life and will definitely do as many Crave journeys as I can!
