Flights should be booked to Peretola airport in Florence to arrive on Saturday, June 17, 2023. (Please make sure that your passport is valid and up to date in order to fly).  We have arranged for an airport van to pick up our group at the airport on the 17th.  The van will leave at 2:30pm for Terzo (FYI, the retreat center is not set up for early arrivals.) Please be sure to leave a buffer between your arrival time and the van departure in case of flight delays. On Saturday, June 24th, breakfast is 8am-9am, and the van will leave Terzo around 9:30am.  The van could take 2 up to 3 hours, depending upon traffic, so scheduling a flight around 2pm or after should be fine.  You can arrange your own taxi if you need to get to the airport earlier. 

General Refunds:

If the retreat should be cancelled at no fault to you (the participant), then you will receive a full refund of any deposit or fees that we have received.

We are not responsible for airline or government restrictions. Please note that there will be no refunds or discounts for arriving late, leaving early, flight cancellations, or travel delays. We strongly recommend travel insurance to cover these precautions.

For accounting purposes, a written request is required to receive any refund. Please send via the "ASK A QUESTION" button on the Bookings Page to request a refund.

Retreat Payment:

· Upon your booking, a minimum Deposit of 50% is required to guarantee your reservation. This amount is non-refundable.

· Your reservation is not guaranteed until your deposit is received.

Retreat Refund Policy:

· No refunds are offered within 30 days of the retreat start date.

· Refunds are only considered in one-off exceptional circumstances.

· The deposit amount (or 50% of the full amount if this has been paid up front) will be retained if a cancellation does happen.

Retreat Transfer Policy:

· At this point there are no transfers to any subsequent retreats.

Travel insurance is suggested to account for emergencies that may require you to cancel your retreat.

We arrive at Terzo around 5pm and check in to our rooms, settle in, and have a delicious dinner prepared by Sergio, Terzo's gourmet chef.  After dinner, we will gather for an arrival ceremony and a chance to connect. 

We will arrive at Terzo di Danciano in the later afternoon.  Take time to get to know the grounds, to rest, to eat and share a gourmet dinner and to be together on our opening night. 

Today, we will share meditative practices, touch and tantric connection to get to know each other and to open the doors for our week together. 

Today, we will bring the focus back in to ourselves--to give ourselves what we need to heal, nurture and connect more deeply with ourselves.

Building from our foundations earlier in our week together, we will focus our day on connecting and supporting each other, opening to vulnerabilty and intimacy through touch and tantra practice. This will be a beautiful and memorable day for all. 

With creativity, curiosity, and playfulness, we will explore and experiment with the skills and practices from the week to open our hearts and to enrich and enliven ourselves. A fun day to explore your edges and to play!

Today we integrate our experiences together, sharing the bonds and connections we have created and built throughout the week through our shared practices,  through sharing the joy of exploring nearby towns together, time in the spa nurturing body, mind and soul, and by feasting on delicious meals and comradeship. We will celebrate our healing and the connections we have made, and leave feeling enriched and nurtured.  This is not really goodbye. We will meet on Zoom a few times post-retreat to stay connected with this special experience we have shared. 

We will gather for one last breakfast together and then check out of our rooms.  The airport van will pick us up at 9:30am to take us back to Florence's Peretola airport.
