We have put together an unforgettable fun filled, relaxing and adventurous retreat for female wellness professionals. Open to all health and wellness professionals not just coaches.
At this retreat we will have our very own private lodge on the grounds of a beautiful property in the northern Georgia mountains. Our lodge has a hospitality suite with full kitchen, game room, meeting room, private jacuzzi and hotel style bedrooms.

We are a newly developed, female founded retreat and support group for wellness professionals and go by the name Upliftment Solutions. As founding member we are happy to introduce ourselves:
Residing in Central Florida, Pilar Rodriguez is a fully trained Health & Wellness coach who is rooted in strong Colombian values mixed with an all-American attitude. Pilar’s journey has taken her on a road towards self-improvement and a true self-awakening. With a mission to become healthier and happier. Her career has been expansive in the field of cosmetics, the travel industry, and hotel management. She is currently a Guide for GetSetUp, a virtual social learning platform designed specifically for older adults, teaching older adults classes in fitness, healthy cooking, skin care and self care.
Deborah Campos resides in the suburbs of NYC where she has been a personal chef and caterer for 20 years. During that time she cooked for many clients with special dietary restrictions which inspired her to also become a fully trained Health & Wellness coach. In addition to cooking for clients she is also coaching and teaching clients to cook for a healthy lifestyle.
The retreat is limited to 14 people. A $400 deposit secures your spot. The remaining balance will be divided into 3 equal installments

Retreat is subject to cancellation based on attendance. If the retreat is cancelled by organizers it will be %100 refundable.
1. Who can attend this retreat?
Female health and wellness professionals and entrepreneurs.
2. Can I come alone?
Yes!! With us, you're never alone! We set up a Facebook group and zoom chat to communicate with one week prior to the retreat to check in and update each other as you start your travel from where ever you may be. We'll pair you up with a roommate, who will most likely end up being a lifelong friend. You may come alone, but you'll end up leaving with a community of like minded people who will forever be connected through this experience.
3. What do I need to pack?
30 days before your retreat, we'll send you a guide of what to pack and bring.
4. What type of travel insurance do I need and why is it mandatory?
Your insurance will need to cover emergency medical and trip cancellation/interruption. This is to protect you in case of any unforeseen circumstances either before or on your retreat.
This is the standard package that includes a shared room with a fellow participant. We reserve the right to assign roommates unless requested at time of booking. All accommodations, amenities, activities and meals are included as described in the trip description and itinerary.
