Mindful eating is not about eating 100% superfoods, it is about making the right choices for you, knowing your triggers and reasons for eating certain foods, and taking control of your eating. Fall in love with your food and rediscover your well-being. Our Holistic chef Kami will prepare fresh and delicious meals for you daily, showing you how to prepare beautiful healthy meals easily createable at home, so you can continue to shine!
Morning yoga classes will set you up for your day. Daily outings will connect you with the local culture and nature of the area – you will visit the beautiful Palace de la Pena, an UNESCO World Heritage Site, meditate at one of the most beautiful beaches in Portugal, and discover the romantic gardens of the Quinta da Regaleira as well as colourful local food markets.
When you are free from commitments, distractions, internet, appointments and family, you notice how long the day can be - in a positive way.
Our experienced coach and mentor will help you to focus on yourself. Take time out to look inwards and outwards, at yourself and the world, seeing things through new eyes. Explore what is important to you, understanding how our habits and perceptions impact upon us and our daily lives, finding fulfilment, whilst exploring a lifestyle change with like-minded people who will support and inspire you.
