The Heart Attack Program is the next wave of retreats. A carefully chosen team of program facilitators and coaches will help guide you along your personal inner journey. The course is designed to take you outside of your comfort zone, mentally and physically so that you have the opportunity to explore your subconscious mind and dive deep into new sides of yourself that you were not aware existed. Through self expression, human connection and exploration of the human psyche, you will leave the program with a newly inspired personal plan and newfound motivation to live a life with deep meaning and purpose.
Rosemary Dream sets out to design once in a lifetime experiences that aim to bring together nature, health and community. The Empowerment Center at its core inspires connection and alignment within the self, allowing people the opportunity to explore thoughts, feelings, and sensations that are often pushed to the side in day to day life. At Rosemary individuals come face to face with their true selves and understand that living a more authentic way of life is possible.
We tried to create a program that would genuinely bring clarity, strength and confidence in all aspects of life. That sounds like a big ask, and it is, but from our our experience and learning we have managed to develop something that gives a comprehensive understanding, experience and training into the major components of life. Have you ever been nervous about saying what you really feel? Scared to be a bit weird? Or are you ashamed of anything? Don’t worry, it’s normal and also something we can easily do something about. We’ll provide the workshops and activities that will allow you to experience yourself through art, dance, public speaking and performance. You will find out more about how you interact with the world, what lies beneath the mask you wear, and how you can express yourself from the heart authentically, openly and honestly.
In this theme we explore the inner working of your mind. You will become a master of yourself to be a strong and confident leader. We will share with you everything we know about how you can be your own coach, control your emotions, influence your subconscious mind, uncover and change your limiting beliefs, be mindful and aware, have ultimate clarity on who you are and where you’re going in order to be joyous and purposeful in everything you do.
From the longest study of happiness, came an extremely important finding: We uncover the science of what makes good relationships happen and how to connect deeply with your family, friends and strangers quickly and authentically using verbal and non-verbal communication. As well as this, we will be exploring the idea of self-love and how to develop your self-esteem, trust and empathy.
One of the most basic and misunderstood aspects of our well-being is how we should manage our physical, mental, emotional and spiritual health. From buddhist practice and philosophy to leading psychology and science, you’ll learn and practice the tools and techniques you need to keep you feeling energised, clear minded and ready to take on your challenges. Focusing on what we think are the main pillars of health; sleep, nutrition, exercise and mindfulness, you’ll be shaping your daily habits and natural tendencies, so that wherever you are in the world, you’ll feel energised throughout the day.
The importance of nature cannot be understated. We’ll be taking you past your occasional walk, to experience nature in a very new and personal way. You will learn about what the Stoics called “living according to nature’s laws” You will understand and strengthen your relationship with nature, how use the nature, and how to preserve it. By the end of the program you will appreciate the natural world through a deeper understanding of it’s inner workings and be able to tap into it’s .
