Join Bay Area self development queen Rachel Carlozzi for a 5-day transformational summer camp uniquely designed for high school girls.
Rachel has helped hundreds of women transform their lives through life coaching, art, yoga, styling and neurolinguistic programming techniques. Her mission is to help her clients get out of their heads and tap into their purpose and creativity to take bold action in life, fulfilling their dreams. After years of working with women in their 20s and 30s and volunteering at the Boys and Girls club teaching yoga and improv classes, she is passionate about bringing this work to a younger audience.
In recent years, there has been a mental health epidemic amongst teen girls and it’s time to address these issues through self development techniques and practices, cultivating self awareness and a higher consciousness. Rachel’s vision for these young women is to see them equipped with a toolbox of inner resources they can utilize when being faced with adversity and the challenges of modern life.
During this 5-day sleepover camp, we will go deep on the topics of yoga, meditation, female empowerment, self expression through art, body positivity, nutrition and styling. Each girl will have an opportunity to uncover their own unique design and be given practical applications to cultivate lives that are meaningful to them.
