Join Martin Scott and Khristine Jones for a long weekend retreat  May 16-19 ( Thursday afternoon-Sunday Lunch time) at Land of the medicine Buddha ,beautiful retreat center at the foothills of the Santa Cruz mountains.
"the Heart of Practice" retreat will include 7 yoga classes , lodging and amazing vegetarian meals. There will be time for relaxing by the pool, taking hikes in the amazing redwoods with some gems sprinkled in on the hikes(Buddha's, pray wheels, teachings posted along the way)
