Spend 6 nights & 7 days with Dave Larot on the Costa Brava of Spain. Sun drenched days will be spent slowing down to practice yoga, meditate, explore, dip in the water (ocean or pool), visit Spanish villages and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. Included is a day trip to Girona, an incredible medieval city with gothic and roman architecture where we can lunch, explore and shop. Be nourished by our private chef specializing in fresh, organic, farm to table meals.

Our home for the week is Villa Pi Blau. This stunning family & yogi owned retreat center is situated on the cliffs of the ocean five minutes from the charming castle town of Begur and just two hours from Barcelona. The region of Costa Brava is known for its medieval villages and gorgeous coastline. Within walking distance to town and down to local beaches, the villas are perfectly situated for beautiful ocean views and access to nature. The villas were built eco friendly with care for nature and the environment in mind. 

Our shared spaces include indoor/outdoor dining, living areas and a pool overlooking the ocean. 

The huge yoga space sits at the top of the property, faces the ocean with tall beamed ceilings, hardwood floors and all the props for practice. Access the walking trail to the beach or town right from the backyard gate. 

Getting there is easy. Fly right into Barcelona where our private transport will pick you up and take you to the villas. The drive from Barcelona to the retreat villas is approximately 90 minutes.

Villa Pi Blau offers 9 ensuite rooms with options for single, double or triple bookings. There are two rooms that share one bathroom (Virabhadrasana 2 and Padmasana). Some rooms are larger than others. Read each room description to choose your ideal room. 

The $800 deposit to hold your space is non refundable. If you need to cancel before May 5, 2026 you will be refunded minus the $800 deposit. There are no cancellation refunds or transfers after May 5, 2026. All payments due May 5, 2026. If not paid in full by May 5, 2026 your spot is subject to cancellation. To receive the early bird pricing you must be paid in full by March 5, 2026.

Travel insurance is highly recommended should you need to cancel for any reason. You can purchase insurance to cover cancellations for any reason including covid. Please note some insurance providers require you to purchase within 2 weeks of booking.
