Join us in New England to kick off the summer with four days of yoga, seafood, beaching, hiking, biking and generally feeling good. We'll stay at the gorgeous Vineyard Arts Project in Edgartown, Martha's Vineyard, where our instructors will lead two yoga classes per day. We will enjoy delicious gourmet meals, prepared on-site.
Arrive the afternoon of Wednesday, June 12, settle in for your first yoga class, and then get ready for family welcome dinner. Breakfast and dinner will be hosted at the property throughout the retreat, as well as morning and evening yoga classes (90 minutes each). Activities include a boat to neighboring islands, a cheese tasting at a local farm, a clambake lunch, biking through quaint villages, and plenty of time to explore the beaches, stroll through town, visit art galleries, relax and unwind.
