FIT TO TRAVEL STATEMENT: Guests registering for the tour accept the responsibility for being in good health and able to walk and travel on the tour. Many of the sites we will visit each day will involve walking up ancient stairs, up hills and the like. As such, those requiring special assistance such as oxygen, wheel chairs or other ambulatory assistance will find their experiences limited on the tour. ACCOMMODATIONS:Hotels/Private Guest Houses and Villas are based on double occupancy. While Radiant Group will try to match roommates, we can not guarantee a roommate will be available. If a roommate is not available or you request a single room, the single supplement fee will apply. If you are traveling with (or have been assigned) a roommate who cancels, you will be responsible for a single room if no one else is available to be your roommate.

DEPOSIT:A full, non-refundable deposit of $500 PER PERSON is required to register for the tour and must be made at least 5 months before arrival. (Unless we have confirmed with you a different timeline of payments)

CANCELLATION POLICY:Deposit payments for all passengers must be complete 110 days before arrival. Full payments must be complete 70-90 days before arrival.

80% of land package total is completely refundable up until 90 days out from arrival date. (20% non-refundable)
70% of land package total is completely refundable up until 65 days out from Arrival date. (30% non-refundable)
50% of land package total is completely refundable up until 32 days out from Arrival date. (Excluding High-Season)
Within 1 month (31 days) of arrival date, there is no refund available. -Death in the family / hospitalization can warrant a refund from hotels upon providing documentation. During High-Season, certain hotels require non-refundable payments. Radiant Group reserves the right to amend the policy based on hotel actions. TRAVEL INSURANCE IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED FOR THIS REASON

PRICE INCREASES: All prices quoted in this brochure are subject to change prior to payment in full due to currency fluctuations, fuel surcharge increases, government taxes and fees increase or unforeseen circumstances. In addition, you may be subject to a price increase after payment in full has been received due to potential government imposed taxes and fees.
PROOF OF CITIZENSHIP: You are responsible for the accuracy of your Passport information. Be sure to enter your Passport name EXACTLY (first, last and middle) as it appears on your Passport. You must have a valid Passport with an expiration date no less than 6 months after returning to the U.S. If you need a new passport, it takes several weeks to secure one, so don’t delay applying/updating. Non-U.S. Passport holders are responsible for obtaining their passports and visas, if required. If airfare is Selected to be included in package, your tickets will be purchased using the Passport Name you Supply. If you name is not exactly the same on you ticket and your passport, your ticket for this Tour may be invalid and could have a substantial cost passenger will be responsible for to re-ticket in the correct name.

RELEASE INFORMATION

Payment of deposit indicates permission for Radiant Group Israel or its agents to record the registrant’s participation and appearance on video tape, audio tape, film, photograph, or any other medium and to use the registrant’s name, likeness, voice, comments, submitted documentation, written papers, and/or biographical material without restrictions or limitation for any advertising, marketing, publicity, educational or promotional purpose, which Radiant Group Israel or its agents deem appropriate, unless the registrant or guardian otherwise notifies Radiant Group Israel in writing prior to departure. Except where otherwise stated, Radiant Group Israel acts only as agent for the relevant supplier in securing hotels, transportation and other travel services and in no event shall Radiant group Israel be liable for failure by any such supplier to render any transportation, lodging or other travel service to be provided on the tour. Radiant Group Israel assumes no liability for injury, death, damage, loss, theft, accident, delay or irregularity which may occur by reason of any negligent or willful act or omission of any suppliers of service. Similarly, without limiting the foregoing, passenger agrees to hold Radiant Group Israel harmless for any defect in any vehicle, plane, boat, bus, car, van or other vehicle, act of war or insurrection, terrorist activity, revolt or other civil uprising, military action, strikes or labor unrest or any Act of God or for any other act of any third party.

FLIGHT INFO: If you are making your own flight arrangements to the departure city, we recommend you purchase a ticket that can be exchanged without penalties. We also ask that you plan to arrive between 9am-1pm into Tel Aviv on the first day of your tour, not counting travel day prior (this will be on the tentative itinerary provided). Flights departing Tel Aviv to fly back home are recommended to be planned leaving between 10pm-midnight on the last day of your tour. Provided Airport transportation bus times are limited, and if you do not fall within this time frame, you may be subject to taking a taxi to meet up with the rest of the group and responsible for any fees associated.

GROUP FLIGHT INFO:All flights are subject to change by the airlines without advance notice. Radiant Group Israel is not responsible for changes or delays and does not reimburse expenses resulting from such changes. You will likely incur additional airline checked baggage fees that are not included in the price of the tour. These fees vary by airline and are at the airline’s discretion on each segment of the flight itinerary. Additionally, you may incur optional fees (food, excess baggage, overweight baggage, items of personal nature, etc.) as well. Deviations, including different departure/return date, upgrades to first/business class or departure/return city, from booked group international flights are not allowed. Full Package Tour with International Air guests can change to Tour without International Air and purchase their desired flights to and from their home to Tel Aviv, Israel with prior written communication 90 days prior to departure date.
