About your trip

Begin 2026 by nourishing what feels depleted.

This carefully curated, in-person retreat offers personalized attention in a supportive, grounded environment. Designed to restore the nervous system and support whole-person renewal, Held & Healed brings together the wisdom of Ayurveda, therapeutic yoga, meditation, and mind–body healing practices in a private Cape Cod setting.

Much of this work is typically offered virtually, making this weekend a rare opportunity for in-person care, presence, and hands-on guidance.

Retreat Experience

Friday, January 9
Participants arrive in the late afternoon and settle into a welcoming winter retreat home. The weekend begins with a nourishing dinner followed by a Transformation Healing Circle, creating a calm, supportive container to arrive, ground, and gently shift into the retreat experience.

Saturday: A Full Day of Care
Saturday is devoted entirely to restoration and nourishment, including:

  • Therapeutic yoga and meditation

  • Ayurvedic body therapies

  • Guided rest and relaxation

  • Warm, healing meals prepared with care

  • Time for reflection, integration, and receiving support

Throughout the retreat, participants receive personalized Ayurvedic care, including:

  • Ayurvedic pulse readings

  • Individual Ayurvedic consultations

  • Guided mind–body healing and emotional integration practices to support clarity, resilience, and inner realignment

Sunday, January 11
The retreat concludes with yoga and breathwork, followed by a wholesome breakfast before departure. Participants leave feeling grounded, refreshed, and supported as they step into the year ahead.
