Begin 2026 by nourishing what feels depleted.
This carefully curated, in-person retreat offers personalized attention in a supportive, grounded environment. Designed to restore the nervous system and support whole-person renewal, Held & Healed brings together the wisdom of Ayurveda, therapeutic yoga, meditation, and mind–body healing practices in a private Cape Cod setting.
Much of this work is typically offered virtually, making this weekend a rare opportunity for in-person care, presence, and hands-on guidance.
