2023 Retreat- Telling Your Story: a weekend of yin yoga, acupressure, and journaling
Gain insight into the story of your heart, body, and mind at the 2023 Retreat! This is a 2 night, 3 day event for acupressure, yin yoga and journaling. June 2-4, 2023 at Woolman Sierra Friends in Nevada City CA.
<HEART>KC will teach acupressure points that "connect to the heaven within us" as her teacher Joseph Carter @acudude has taught her. These include self-care points on the arms, upper back, and chest to clear the pathway of your heart to express your wisdom.
<BODY>You'll be invited into yin yoga poses outside to feel the Mother Earth holding and supporting you. Special attention will be given to make all yoga poses adaptable and accessible for all.
<MIND>KC will pose journal questions and prompts for you to express yourself through the written word. Journaling is a way to integrate and process the ideas that arise from a yoga practice.
*Guest teacher Kerry Cataline @bowlsonbodies will teach an evening class on Yoga Nidra on Saturday night. Yoga nidra or sometimes called, yogic sleep, is a form of guided meditation where you are guided in a deep relaxation.

2022 Deposit makes 2023 a REALITY
Help make the 2023 Retreat a 2 night weekend event! I am so happy to create a 2023 retreat for you. My vision for next year is to arrive at Woolman Fri June 2nd and depart Sun June 4th 2023.
Put a deposit down now to make this a reality! I'm asking 10 people to put $175 down now (deposit deadline June 18, 2022) towards the 2 night 2023 retreat. The remaining balance will be due next year according to your payment plan.
What happens if I put a deposit and I need to cancel? Your deposit is helping me to put on the event. I can't offer a refund. I can offer credit towards future AcuYogini events. You could also "gift" your retreat deposit to a friend.

Double occupancy means you are paying for a cabin and plan to share it with a friend. Your price is $475. KC will not be assigning roommates. You must have made arrangements with someone to share with, before booking this accommodation. Please make a note on your booking of who you plan to share with.
A-Frame cabins have two twins beds, wood stove, closet, writing desk, and small deck. Bathroom/showers are a short walking distance from A-Frames.
If you would like a specific A-Frame reserved, please make a note in your registration.
*The price is $475 per person for double occupancy. This is a discounted price for anyone that puts a deposit of $175 by June 18, 2022. Regular price will be 25% higher than the 2022 discount price.
Single occupancy means you are reserving a cabin just for yourself. Your price is $550. A-Frame cabins have two twins beds, wood stove, closet, writing desk, and small deck. Bathroom/showers are a short walking distance from A-Frames.

The room with the full size bed has a connected bathroom with toilet and shower that shares with another room. The room with the 2 twin beds has a bathroom with toilet only, next to the room in the hallway.
KC will not be assigning roommates. You must have made arrangements with someone to share with, before booking this accommodation.
The Stone House is a large house with private bathrooms/showers. The house also includes a living room and kitchen.

This room may be a full sized bed or 2 twin beds- and it is a reservation for one person in a bedroom.

This is a single occupancy room in the Stone House for a less expensive price. These rooms are a little funky because they are narrow rooms. Bathrooms and showers are nearby.

The women dorm bunk bed room in the Stone House is in a large room. To choose this accommodation, you must be alright with sleeping on a top or bottom bunk, as no reservations will be made for beds.
