Discover one of the most striking landscapes in the Atacama Desert with our tour to the Baltinache Hidden Lagoons (*Lagunas Escondidas de Baltinache*), a cluster of seven lagoons surrounded by breathtaking desert scenery and salt formations.

14:00 / We begin the excursion by picking you up at your accommodation within the urban area of ​​San Pedro de Atacama. From there, we head southeast, gradually venturing into the landscapes of the Atacama Desert.

After a journey of approximately one hour, we arrive at the entrance to the Baltinache Hidden Lagoons. Before starting the tour, you will have the opportunity to use the restroom facilities located at the entrance.

We begin a walk along the trail connecting the seven lagoons that make up this stunning landscape. Along the way, we can admire the contrasts between the water, the salt formations, and the arid surroundings of the Atacama Desert.

We arrive at the lagoons designated for swimming. Due to the high salt concentration, the water allows for a unique floating sensation, similar to that of the Dead Sea. Please remember to follow on-site instructions and stay within the authorized swimming areas.

After enjoying the lagoons, we return to the entrance facilities to use the restrooms again and prepare for the return trip.

On the return journey, we will watch the desert landscape change colors as we enjoy the sunset in the Atacama Desert—a special way to conclude the excursion.

We will wrap up the tour with a transfer to the center of San Pedro de Atacama.
