The High Vibration Living Lifestyle and mini-cleanse is a 5 day immersion in several ancient wisdoms, technologies and practices that can be easily applied and effectively incorporated into our day to day lives. These wisdoms are tools of awareness and expanded consciousness. Our retreat is designed with the intention of catalyzing each and every human being walking this planet in this ever accelerated fast paced world, to be able to adapt to change with full awareness and grace. We will pay special attention on how we can personalize these practices to our own selves and lifestyles, in a way that we will be able to take them with us when we go home, with the intention of applying them in our day to day lives.

In this Retreat we will do a 5-day gentle liquid fast while at the time familiarize ourselves with the following High-Vibration-Living Practices:

Kaala House is located in Almocageme village, facing Cabo the Roca, with a stunning view of Sintra mountain and the Atlantic ocean.

We are a few minutes walk from a near by magical forest and the beach.

Our grounds are quiet and relaxing,with a swimming pool,very inviting for retreats where you can go deep into yourself and have the support of all this Nature around you.

We provide a space for small intimate retreats (max 5 people).

Our cuisine is Vegan, all ingredients fresh from the local market and cooked by the amazing Peruvian Chef – Isaura.
