Highland Malts Whisky Tour
A full day in Scotland’s whisky heartland, with stories, scenery, and three iconic distilleries.
If you love whisky, or you’re just whisky‑curious, this tour is a brilliant way to explore the Highlands and taste some of Scotland’s finest single malts. I’ll collect you from your hotel, cruise ship, airport, wherever you’re starting, and we’ll head north in either my luxury Mercedes V‑Class or BMW 7 Series. Both are built for comfort, so you can relax and enjoy the scenery while I take care of the driving.
This is a relaxed, story‑filled journey through beautiful Highland landscapes, with visits to three historic distilleries.
Blair Athol Distillery
We begin at Blair Athol, one of Scotland’s oldest working distilleries. You’ll enjoy a guided tour and tasting of their rich, smooth single malts, a perfect start to the day.
Lunch Break
We’ll stop for lunch in the Highlands, plenty of great options depending on what you fancy.
Aberfeldy Distillery “The Golden Dram”
Next, we visit Aberfeldy Distillery, home of the famous “Golden Dram”. You’ll learn about their pristine water source, the production process, and enjoy a tasting of their award‑winning whiskies.
Glen Turret Distillery
We finish at Glen Turret, Scotland’s oldest working distillery. It’s a beautiful, historic spot and a lovely way to round off your whisky journey with another handcrafted tasting.
After a day of stories, scenery, and exceptional whisky, we’ll return to Edinburgh, relaxed, happy, and maybe with a bottle or two for later.
A wee note about flexibility
Nothing on this tour is set in stone. If you want to spend longer somewhere, skip a stop, add a detour, or grab a coffee with a view, just say. It’s your day, and I’m here to make it exactly what you want.
