An exciting two and a half hour drive awaits you on an almost straight road passing through some rural villages. Leaving Marrakech you first pass through an agricultural region with orange groves, grape crops and olive groves. Later on, the landscape becomes more arid and is marked by argan groves and thuja forests. If you are lucky, you will come across goats perched on the argan trees, this endemic tree of Morocco. Lunch en route or in Essaouira. Settle into your Riad for four nights. The afternoon is free for a first meeting with this picturesque port city, which will be your place of stay for the next few days. 

 First hike to discover the wild beaches of the Atlantic coast. Transfer to Moulay Bouzerktoun, north of Essaouira. The return to Essaouira, the white city, will be done on foot by walking along the ocean, and crossing some dunes and rocky barriers separating the immense deserted beaches where you will meet some isolated fishermen. After returning to the Riad in the middle of the afternoon, you will enjoy your first traditional treatments. 

A local bus takes you to the weekly rural market of Ida Ougourd, just 30 km south-east of Essaouira. Situated on the side of a small hill, the souk square offers a magnificent view of the surroundings and the argan trees. After a visit to this colourful and lively souk, you can explore the region, the surrounding hamlets and meet the local people. Nearby, you will also find the remains of an old 16th century sugar factory and several marabouts. Lunch with the locals before returning to Essaouira in the early afternoon for your treatments.

A beautiful day of hiking is on the agenda. After a 25 km drive, you arrive in Sidi Kaouki, a small coastal town and a place of pilgrimage for Moroccans who wish to visit the Marabout of Sidi Kaouki, the tomb of the local saint. You take a beautiful walk along this huge wild sandy beach between the dunes and the ocean to the charming little village of Sidi M'Barek. The former resting place of caravans from Timbuktu to Essaouira is known for its natural beauty and for its small waterfalls, fed by a spring higher up. Encounters with individual fishermen and many species of birds make this day an unforgettable experience.

In the afternoon, return to the riad and time to recharge with a traditional hammam (Moorish steam bath).

You start your day with a morning thalasso fitness treatment (2 hydrotherapy treatments). After lunch, you will leave Essaouira to return to Marrakech.  On the way stop for a visit to a women's cooperative, whose specialty is the manufacture of argan oil. Arrival in Marrakech at the end of the afternoon. 

The whole day is reserved for exploring Marrakech on your own. The "Pearl of the South" or the "Red City" offers many possibilities: Visit the famous historical sites and palaces, the Majorelle gardens or one of the many museums. Stroll through the colourful souks of the old town, let the many and varied scents stimulate you. Don't forget to stop off at the famous Djemaa El Fna square, which has been declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site.  No one can escape the fascination of this square. With its jugglers, storytellers, fortune-tellers, musicians, snake charmers and a stunning sound setting, a unique atmosphere reigns here.  Every evening there are food stalls where you can enjoy a rich selection of typical local specialities.  

Today, alas, the day of return has come and say goodbye and return home with the memory loaded with full memories and small gifts in your luggage.

Depending on departure, more free time and then departure from your Riad / hotel and transfer to Marrakech Menara airport and flight home.
