On Friday we will wake up with a stretchy yoga session at 8am followed by an optional cold plunge, then breakfast jars in the car to escalante national monument. (40 min drive). We will have two hiking options depending on how much hiking people want to do. one that's around 2 miles and one thats around 3-4.
