Us Californians are lucky. Just a short drive from our doorsteps we can find ourselves on beautiful beaches, watching whales off of cliff sides, swimming in rivers and getting lost amongst the oldest trees on earth. The Santa Cruz mountains are like a spiritual sanctuary full of these old trees. Housing a number of state parks, hundreds of miles of trail through redwood trees and small towns with less people than the apartment buildings we live in, it's a quiet and humbling refuge.
Everyone lives busy lives, taking an afternoon off to be in nature with like minded people will recharge you and inspire you. Join me!
The entire day is open to all levels of yogis and hikers.
