This is our deluxe yoga and detox retreat for those who want a little extra comfort and pampering. This is our only yoga retreat that guarantees private accommodation, where you get an en suite room for your personal use included in the price.

Besides two daily yoga sessions, meditation, guided relaxation and other activities as per our regular daily schedule, you will be pampered with a steam bath every day after breakfast, following a 60min full body ayurvedic oil massage performed by a professional masseur in our cosy dedicated treatment room. In the afternoon you can take a 20min light exercise session on our rebounder (mini trampoline) which greatly aids in detoxification and renewal of every cell in the body and is also a lot of fun.

This retreat program also includes an A/C tourist bus transfer from Kathmandu to Pokhara and pick up from the bus park to the retreat centre so you don't need to worry about transport arrangements.

The first three days of this retreat follow our regular yoga schedule and on the fourth day we start the cleansing process by introducing a special cleansing diet which features a delicious 3 colour detox salad eaten three times a day in place of regular meals, followed by a one day fresh vegetable juice fast and finally the colon flush.

The last stage of our four day colon cleanse is an ancient yogic practice of Shanka Prakshalana - a salt water digestive tract flush. You will be guided and supervised by a trained and experienced yoga teacher in performing this cleansing process. The goal of this retreat program is to provide a more comfortable environment for detoxing the body and mind, while being pampered and enjoying a relaxing setting and personalised attention. You will leave our centre feeling rested, renewed and healthier.

This retreat program runs all year round but we do ask that you make your booking in advance. You will arrive to our centre after 3pm on the day prior to your program start date, the next 7 days being your retreat and departure being on the morning after your last day. We do recommend confirming your reservation in advance as spaces are limited.
