Himlung Himal is one of the easiest mountains to  climb among 7000m. Himlung himal is located between mansalu and  Annapurna ranges closed to the Nepal and Tibet border. While you are  going to base camp (4,900m) then you have to face many things like  passing through two interesting Tibetan villages of Nar and Phu. Then  three camp are made while going to summit; Camp (5,450m) Camp II (6 000  m) and Camp III (6,350m).

Outline Itinerary 

Day 01: Arrival at Kathmandu airport and transfer to a hotel in Kathmandu (1350M/4,430ft).

Day 02: Preparation, briefings at Department of Tourism, last minute shopping and office formalities.

Day 03: Drive from Kathmandu to Besisahar (823m/27,000ft).8hrs.Overnight at lodge.

Day 04: Drive from Besisahar to Koto (2610m/8,563ft).5-6hrs.Lodge/camping accommodation.

Day 05: Trek from Koto to Meta(3560m/11,680ft). 7hrs.Lodge/camping overnight.

Day 06: Trek Meta to Phu-Gaon (4200m/13,780ft).7hrs.Lodge/camping overnight.

Day 07: Rest and acclimatization day at Phu-Gaun (4080m/13,382ft).

Day 08: Trek from Phu-Gaon to Himlung base camp (4850m/15,912ft). camping.

Day 9-24: Climbing period for Himlung Himal (7126m//23,345ft) camping.

Day 25: Preparation and packing for departure.

Day 26: Trek back from base camp to Phu-Gaon(4200m/13,780ft) 6hrs.Tea house accommodation

Day 27: Trek from Phu-Gaon to Meta (3560m/11,680ft) 5hrs.Tea house accommodation.

Day 28: Trek from Meta to Koto (2610m/8,563ft) 05hrs.Camping.

Day 29: Drive from Koto to Besisahar (823m/27,00ft) 8hrs. Transportation provided by jeep.

Day 30: Drive from Besisahar to Kathmandu  (1350/4,429ft) 7 hrs. Transportation provided by tourist mini bus. Hotel  accommodation in Kathmandu.

Day 31: Free day in Kathmandu. Farewell celebration dinner with cultural program in the evening.

Day 32: Transfer to International airport for final departure.
