WHAT SETS OUR RETREAT APART: Hindsight Retreats are a series of retreats designed to bring women together in an a unique group travel experience to bring about life-enhancing shifts in perspective.

Our retreats are the perfect balance between a health retreat, self development workshop and indulgent girly getaway.

Health – you can expect delicious and nutritious meals, cooking classes to help you recreate healthy meals at home, daily morning yoga to prime your bodies and set a new routine, hiking adventures to challenge your fitness beliefs.

Self Development – each day we explore a topic and pair it with practical and inspiring experiences. Some examples include mindfulness eating and drinking at wineries, star gazing to gain a different perspective, self- love and a photo shoot experience, overcoming limiting beliefs and hiking adventure.

Travel Experience – we have thoughtfully created our itineraries to include some of the best experiences the location has to offer, from accommodation with stunning views, visits to beautiful wineries, tasting local gourmet foods, dinner under the stars, mountain top picnic, to hiking adventures with epic scenery and relaxing in unique day spas.

Photography – you will be traveling with a professional photographer to document not only your adventures with your group, but you will also have your own portrait shoot taken against the most stunning backdrops. How often have you gone somewhere amazing and thought if only you had your own professional photographer to capture this… well you will be sure to be coming home from our retreat with the most stunning photos and memories!

Gift Bag – our gift bags for our participants are more than just a random selection of sponsored goods. Our bag contains handpicked tools for you to bring home to help you continue to bloom and be inspired.

Ladies Only - it's important to feel comfortable, safe and supported in an all female group with like minded ladies. Connections will naturally form aa you bond over wine, food, and incredible growth. We have a small intimate group so that no one feels overwhelmed. We also want to encourage any age group and any weight. We will accommodate dietary requirements as well.

REFUND POLICY

Deposit is non-refundable. Deposit is transferable to another attendee. Full balance is due 60 days before start date of retreat. If cancellation takes place more than 60 days prior to the retreat start date, any payments made will be refunded, minus your deposit. If cancellation takes place between 30-60 days prior to the retreat start date, 50% of the trip price will be forfeited. If cancellation takes place less than 30 days prior to the retreat start date, 100% of the trip price will be forfeited. Exceptions cannot be made for any reason, including weather, injury/illness, or personal emergencies. There are no refunds or credits for failure to attend or failure to complete the retreat, or for arriving late or leaving early. We reserve the right to cancel retreats with inadequate participant interest, in which case all money paid to The DEN Meditation will be refunded. Under such circumstances, notification of cancellation will occur at least 1 month prior to retreat start date. Alta cannot be held responsible for any personal expenses, such as airline tickets due to changes in itineraries or retreat cancellations.

TRAVEL INSURANCE

Since unexpected events do occur, we HIGHLY recommend you purchase travel insurance. Most companies will cover retreat payments, flights and other expenses, should you have to cancel at the last minute. Trip insurance should also be purchased to cover medical expenses while abroad. One company we recommend and trust is World Nomads. You can purchase travel insurance with them up until the retreat start date.
