Enjoy a day trip to Georgetown South Carolina where "Southern Time Meets Maritime". This is a picturesque harbor town dripping with live oak tunneled streets and lots of southern hospitality experienced during two tours and while strolling the shops or museums along the famous Front Street and Harborwalk. The day begins with a narrated bus tour of the historic district spinning authentic and entertaining stories spanning over 300 years of history. Following the tour, time permits guests to enjoy lunch of your choosing with plentiful and varied options as well as time to visit dozens of unique local shops and galleries. Not a shopper? Pop in the Gullah Museum, Rice Museum or Maritime Museum located along Front Street. The day ends with a tour of the Kaminski House offering an immersive experience of life in Georgetown from the 18th Century through two World Wars. The trip is best enjoyed if guests can manage moderate walking on Front Street and standing during the tour of the Kaminski House.
