What if the most healing thing you could do wasn't to fix yourself, but to simply be held?
In a world that celebrates productivity, achievement, and constant motion, many women have forgotten what it feels like to truly rest. We've become experts at holding everyone else. Our families, careers, friendships, communities. While quietly setting down our own needs.
Holding Space is an invitation to do something different.
Over the course of this weekend, you'll step away from the noise of everyday life and into a peaceful, nurturing environment where nothing is expected of you except to arrive exactly as you are. Together, we'll create space to slow down, breathe deeply, reconnect with ourselves, and remember the joy that exists beneath the busyness.
This is not a retreat about becoming someone new. It's about returning to the woman you've always been.
Through all-levels power vinyasa yoga, guided meditation, meaningful conversation, nourishing meals, time in nature, laughter, rest, and moments of quiet reflection, you'll experience what it feels like to be supported by a community of women who understand the power of simply showing up.
Throughout the weekend, we'll explore what it means to truly hold space. For ourselves first, and then for those we love. We'll practice releasing the pressure to perform, embracing the beauty of slowing down, cultivating genuine connection, and rediscovering the simple joys that so often get buried beneath responsibility.
Whether you're feeling exhausted, navigating a season of change, craving deeper connection, or simply longing for a weekend that fills your own cup, this retreat is for you.
You'll leave with:
A deeply rested body and calmer nervous system
Practices to bring more spaciousness into everyday life
Meaningful connections with incredible women
Renewed joy, clarity, and inspiration
A reminder that you don't have to carry everything alone
Sometimes healing doesn't happen because someone gives us the answers.
Sometimes it happens because someone simply sits beside us, sees us completely, and says, "you don't have to do this alone."
This weekend is an opportunity to experience that kind of space. And to learn how to offer it to yourself long after you return home.
Come as you are.
Leave feeling rested, connected, and held.
We’ll be staying in a stunning, 100-year-old five-bedroom home right on Wequaquet Lake in Centerville MA, or in the shared dorm room (which accommodates four), attached to the yoga shala (right on property). Every corner of the property is designed for connection, exhalation, and ease. Sit on the lakefront beach, sprawl out on the grassy lawn, or curl up on the sofa.
Your weekend will be hosted by Kim Newman-Savino, a transformational wellness coach and founder of the Revival Room Yoga & Fitness in Ellington, CT, and Darcy Mauke, founder of Manifest Power Yoga in Orleans, MA.
We have curated a weekend grounded in rest, renewal, and reconnection. With yourself, and with a beautiful community of likeminded women.
The day pass includes all activities and meals so you can still be fully immersed in the experience, even if you want to stay elsewhere nearby or commute from home.
