7 day Holistic Bali Yoga Retreat from 18-25 July 2020. Immerse yourself in beautiful nature surroundings and let us guide you through practices of yoga, meditation, self-inquiry, deep relaxation and mindfulness.
Our intend for this retreat is to provide an oasis for you, a space in your time where you can fully relax and connect to yourself and restore your internal resources. We include:
AS well as these activities, you will have plenty of time during the day for massage, spa treatments, swimming in the sea at Pantai Beach Resort, or resting by saltwater pool at Abasan Mountain Retreat.
Our retreat centre has its own local organic vegetable garden, where the produce is grown and delicious fresh meals will be prepared for you three times a day, as well as refreshing afternoon tea.
The programme is tailored to the groups needs and includes a balance of yoga, meditation, travel, learning and relaxation.

Arrival in Ubud/ OmHam Retreat Centre

Sunday 19 July
7-10am Breakfast
9-10.30am Kundalini Yoga with Master Ketut on the top floor (optional)
Your day to explore Ubud
Free shuttle is offered from 3pm, 5pm, and 7pm from BodyWorks Centre
6-7pm visit to local ashram and temple, prayer, blessing (optional).
White close is required.
