About this trip

Prepare yourself for a weekend full of activities, empowerment, and connections with like minded beings. This is a supportive space we can come together to recharge with nature and tune into our truest selves. These two nights, and three days will include wide variety of plant based high vibrational foods, practices and herbs . This retreat is the  perfect space for those who are curious about the plant based holistic lifestyle, and those who want to grow their tribe and connection to similar frequencies . We will part take in daily yoga, and meditations by the magical healing waters of Lake Tahoe. 

What’s included

  • Plantbased meals
    High vibrational raw and cooked plant-based meals and recipes created and crafted by our host Yesenia and Jazmine completely yuckfree . Please feel free to contact us with any dietary needs
  • Daily guided yoga
    Taylor will guide us through morning and evening yoga practices to ground us and take time to nourish our bodies through breath and movement
  • Kangen water
    We will get to sample and learn about a must have sustainable alkalizing, ionizing water filter
  • Cold pressed juice
    A variety of fresh cold pressed juices will be provided to you daily

Itinerary

Day one
The arrival

4pm  - Arrival 

You will be greeted with fresh juice and high vibe snacks. 

After we get settled we will come together for our first exercise. Setting intentions as we begin to get comfortable with each other.  

5pm  - Dinner will be served and we will learn about the importance of bitters and digestion health.

8 pm  - Winding down with yin yoga led by Taylor, followed by an herbal ceremony. We will then learn about herbs that aid restful and restorative sleep.
