About this trip

Through the practice of Ayurveda and Yoga, journey back to Self with Adrienne Diaz and Amir Madison, the powerhouse couple behind the South Los Angeles-based non-profit organization, Eat Move Meditate. Meet us in the Peruvian Andes, at a space built upon sacred geometry, surrounded by ancient culture and enveloped by Mother Nature's Sacred Valley. Together, we will explore Machu Picchu, Arin Waterfall, Maras Salt Mines, experience the native Despacho Ceremony, visit Cusco, and immerse ourselves in sound healing, hiking, yoga asana, meditation, partner yoga, and Ayurveda! You will leave with a deeper connection to your mind, body, spirit, senses, and the joys of community.

Meet Your Retreat Leaders

Adrienne Diaz: Traditional Ayurveda Health Counselor, Yoga Instructor, and Full-Spectrum Doula. Adrienne Diaz offers a holistic approach to birthwork by supporting the birthing person’s mind, body, spirit and senses. Through an Ayurvedic framework, Adrienne offers physical, emotional and educational support for birthing people and their families. Adrienne received her BA in Exercise Science from North Central College, completed her Yoga Teacher Training certification, Reiki Certification, Full-Spectrum Doula training with Doula Trainings International, Birth Doula Training with Carriage House Birth and studied Ayurvedic Medicine at Mount Madonna Institute with master teachers including Dr. Vasant Lad, Dr. Suhas Kshirsagar, Dr. RH Singh, Dr. Sarita Shrestha, Dr. Steven Highburger, Dr. John Douillard, Dr. Rucha Kelkar, and Dr. Yashashree Mannur. Adrienne is the Founder of Ho'ola Mamma as well as the Founder of the non-profit organization, Eat Move Meditate Inc. With over nine years of experience, Adrienne continues to share the love and knowledge passed down to her from her teachers through her classes, events and lifestyle. Amir Madison: Former Professional Football Athlete turned Yoga Instructor, Founder of YogiAthlete, and Co-Founder of Eat Move Meditate Inc. Before Amir got into yoga, his athletic career had been met with a series of setbacks. He wanted to play at the top of his game, but the injuries and fatigue added up and compromised both his performance and attitude. But then he discovered yoga, and quickly his performance peaked. By combining yoga and athletic practice - not only did he heal torn ligaments and prevent additional injuries, Amir was able to keep his focus, slow down the game, and react without thinking. As time passed, yoga also enhanced Amir's performance off the field. He was able to be better throughout every personal aspect of his life, and he knew this was a special lesson and gift that should be shared with others. With over 12 years of experience, Amir has and continues to work with thousands of students across the globe through his YogiAthlete Online Studio, community events, corporate group sessions, athletic-centered yoga classes, and private sessions. In the middle of a natural environment in the Sacred Valley of Peru, surrounded by mountain and ancient culture that today maintain their traditions, grows Samadhi.

Designed with the sacred geometry, Samadhi will submerge you in the universe of the los Chakras, walking through the Kundalini and wrapping you in its spaces, colors, textures, flavors and art adapted for the energy central, to know and explore your essence.

Samadhi's facilities are fully-equipped, and centered on the theme of the 7 chakras: areas dedicated to meditation and art, a multifunction room, a yoga deck with a dazzling view of the sacred valley, an organic garden where you can learn about the qualities of plants that are native to the area, and around the Andes Mountains.

Each of the bungalows have three separate beds with a private bathroom.

I had a wonderful time with the Montana Retreat and am really grateful for the opportunity to have attended. The only thing that I think could have been better was communication & planning with the actual staff from the retreat center. There were a few cases when Adzentures made a change to the schedule but the staff at the retreat center didn't seem to know about it which lead to some confusion and at least in one case, missing an appointment that was scheduled for one of the retreat attendees and that person needing to pay a cancelation fee.

I had a great time - I loved the yoga classes, the accommodation and the food.
This was such an AMAZING trip!!! I can't recommend Adzenture Retreats enough! I went on this trip by myself and was a little anxious and nervous about it to be honest. It has forever changed me as a person in the best of ways and I am continuing to use methods and techniques that I learned at the retreat. Daniela and Azma were both amazing and made me feel so welcome in a foreign city. I am so grateful to both of them for a great and thoughtful agenda, awesome and healthy food, and most of all for accepting me as I was and making me feel like family. If you are considering going on any of their trips, my advice is DO IT! You won't regret it! Much love, Amanda

This trip was so well thought out and smooth as a participant! The venue was beautiful. The pace of the activities and free time seemed just right and the food was divine!! Azma & Daniela & Kelly are so much fun to be with too!

This trip was needed for all of us! Daniela and Azma are amazing! They planned such great adventures for us not to mention great food!! Kelly as always did a fabulous job with yoga and meditations. I got to experience a sound bath, which was one of my favorite parts!! Everybody was just so open , non-judgmental, and fun! Just being a part of a like-minded group of gals was the connection and community I've been craving! I could've definitely stayed for another day! I can't wait to go on another retreat! See you guys soon!!
